Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our well-established outpatient primary care practice located in Liverpool, NY.

You will be joining a collaborative team of over 15 Primary Care Providers dedicated to delivering care to a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Our practice emphasizes a patient-centered approach, supported by robust system resources and comprehensive ancillary services. We encourage physicians to explore their clinical interests and foster innovation within their practice.

Practice Overview:

Situated at 5100 W. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088, our outpatient primary care facility provides:

• Comprehensive care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Management of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditions
• Preventive services, including immunizations and cancer screenings
• Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and Pap smears
• A collaborative, team-oriented clinical atmosphere

KEY HIGHLIGHTS:

• Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Shared rotational call among physicians, supported by an innovative first-call system
• A physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee

QUALIFICATIONS:

• New York State medical license and DEA certification
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Open to both seasoned physicians and recent graduates

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:

Our organization offers a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits program, which includes:

• Base Salary Range: $225,000 to $242,000 (with potential for productivity and quality bonus incentives)
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the factors mentioned.
• Starting Bonus:
• A one-time payment of $50,000, issued in the first payroll month following the start of employment
• Retention Bonus:
• $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary
• $25,000 paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary
• Resident Stipend: $2,500 per month
• Medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage
• Paid malpractice insurance with post-employment tail coverage
• CME time along with a $4,500 annual expense allowance
