Job Summary: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Unlocking The Spectrum is seeking motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. This role offers the opportunity to work in a center-based, home-based, and/or community-based setting. RBTs will implement individualized behavior programs designed to build essential skills and reduce challenging behaviors, while supporting children in developing independence and confidence. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while exercising sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
