Position Overview Server at Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC). Assist our Owners/guests with memorable vacation experiences, ensuring inclusive and caring service. Part Time, Seasonal, First and second shift required. US driver's license required. Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks. Set tables ensuring supplies meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, practicing clean‑as‑you‑go procedures. Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Explain menu items and specials; check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course. Present physical receipts, process payments, and adhere to all cash handling and credit policies, including handling gratuity. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs. Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. Physically able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance. Background and drug screening may be required, contingent on company policy and legal requirements.
