Droza Group is a Cincinnati based, competitive and rapidly-expanding sales and marketing firm. We have laid out an expansion plan to grow into new markets this year and need career-minded, team players to add to the team. We are looking for a motivated individual to work as an Account Manager.

Droza Group acts as the communication between our national clients and their target consumers in the Cincinnati area. We make face-to-face sales and marketing presentations to local small-medium businesses, and offer an adaptable and relatable approach, resulting in long term business relationships with our clients' customers.

Droza Group wants to interview enthusiastic, entry level professionals with excellent people skills. In addition, we are looking for excellent work ethic and a positive attitude. 

Pay based on a combination of base pay, commission, and bonuses, and all advancement is merit-based. We promote solely from within. We want ambitious, competitive leaders to aid us in our expansion efforts.
