Customer Service Representative JAG Mobile Solutions Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced team? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing company. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do: Maintain strong working relationships and communication directly with the customers and inter-company personnel to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on-time deliveries Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations. Closes new accounts by answering telephone, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information. Occasional travel for trade shows Complete special projects and administrative duties as requested Support all other duties as required What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years Sales, Customer Service or Sales Coordinator experience in B2B sales Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong written and oral communications skills Strong problem-solving skills for resolving complaints Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus Why Join Us?
