19th Street Dermatology, a premier dermatology practice affiliated with Integrated Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in downtown Washington, DC.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a provider with prior dermatology experience beyond formal clinical training who is ready to step into an established patient panel, inherit immediate patient demand, and rapidly grow within a thriving practice. The ideal candidate is collaborative, motivated, confident managing dermatology patients, and capable of hitting the ground running from day one.

Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, hair loss disorders, and other common skin diseases
• Perform comprehensive skin examinations and skin cancer screenings
• Conduct dermatologic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, electrodessication, and lesion removal consistent with training and experience
• Educate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Active PA-C or NP-C certification
• Eligible for licensure in Washington, DC
• Dermatology experience required beyond clinical rotations and graduate training
• Ability to independently evaluate and manage dermatology patients
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Desire to practice in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment

Preferred

• Experience with cosmetic dermatology procedures
• Experience performing biopsies and other office-based dermatologic procedures
• Interest in aesthetic medicine and practice growth
