About the Role
ShareSTAFF is hiring a Production Associate for a food manufacturing and agricultural processing facility in Tracy, CA. This is an administrative and clerical support role for production operations. You will help maintain records for receiving, storing, processing, and canning product in Dynamics 365 and other business systems. The work is split between an office and the warehouse, storage yard, and production floor, where you will verify inventory and support physical counts. The assignment starts right away and is expected to last 6 months, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role after that period based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Enter, verify, and maintain production, inventory, and receiving records in Dynamics 365 and other company systems
• Support harvest and imported product receiving by reviewing paperwork and completing required documentation
• Assist with daily production reporting, including pack-out, inventory, and production tracking reports
• Maintain storage yard and inventory records, including product movements and inventory balances
• Check production and packaging records for completeness and accuracy, and report discrepancies to management
• Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts of packaging materials, unlabeled cans, raw materials, and finished goods
• Scan, file, and organize production records, and prepare routine reports and spreadsheets for the Production Manager and team
• Communicate with production, warehouse, storage yard, and supply chain teams to obtain and update operational information
• Follow all safety rules and promptly report safety, food safety, and quality concerns to management

What You Bring - Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to enter data accurately, maintain records, and perform basic math calculations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions and work well on a team
• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for prolonged periods, and to walk regularly between office, warehouse, storage yard, and production areas
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs, and on rare occasions up to 50 lbs with assistance or material-handling equipment
• Willingness to wear required PPE in production areas, such as hairnets, safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear
• Availability to work any shift and weekends as needed

What You Bring - Preferred

• One year of administrative, clerical, production support, warehouse, or inventory experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or another ERP system
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
