Marketing Manager

Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional industrial distributor serving the Rocky Mountain West with six branch locations across five states. We specialize in hydraulic and industrial hose, fittings, assemblies, and custom tube bending solutions. Our customers span oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, medical, military, and government sectors. Position Overview As we continue to grow, we are seeking a marketing leader who brings both strategic vision and practical execution across every aspect of marketing—from digital campaigns and online presence to print materials, advertising, and brand development. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing high-level marketing strategies and rolling up their sleeves to execute projects and campaigns that drive measurable business growth. You would work out of our Salt Lake City, UT corporate location. This is a full-time position with benefits. The Marketing Manager duties include, but are not limited to: Lead and execute marketing strategies that directly support sales growth. Manage digital marketing efforts including website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media. Plan and run advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Oversee the development of catalogs, brochures, and other print materials. Build compelling content that communicates technical products clearly and effectively. Support product launches and sales initiatives. Coordinate trade shows and industry events. Track performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Basic Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability Strong project management and organizational skills Strong collaboration skills across sales, operations, and leadership Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation software) Basic knowledge of finance and business Level of Education and Work Experience Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial distribution, or manufacturing environments Demonstrated experience across major marketing functions, including digital marketing, advertising, print marketing, content creation, and branch management.
