The Candidate

• Experienced Real Estate Attorney (8 years+ experience)
• Sophisticated experience within retail, office, and mixed-use properties
• Possess a J.D. from an accredited law school as well as admitted to practice in New York
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
