Storeroom Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage storeroom inventory, including receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling maintenance materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the Maximo inventory database to ensure material availability and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with maintenance, purchasing, and accounting teams to establish and maintain appropriate inventory levels and min/max quantities.
• Support plant operations by preparing materials for work orders, maintaining tool control systems, and ensuring storerooms and warehouses remain safe, organized, and compliant.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or maintenance environment .
• Experience with inventory control, material handling, receiving, storeroom operations, or warehouse management systems .
• Working knowledge of computer systems and inventory software; Maximo experience is a plus .
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use basic hand and precision measurement tools.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
