Responsibilities Include: • Maintaining clean and attractive community grounds • Picking up trash and debris throughout the property • Assisting with pressure washing, painting, and curb appeal projects • Cleaning breezeways, stairwells, hallways, and common areas • Helping move appliances, furniture, and supplies as needed • Replacing light bulbs in common areas and exterior fixtures • Delivering notices or correspondence to residents • Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with additional projects What We're Looking For: Dependable transportation Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to jump in and help where needed Customer service mindset and professionalism This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with top apartment communities while building valuable skills in the Property Management industry.
