Sales Coordinator (Appointment Scheduling) – Dayton, OH Full-Time | On-Site

Logan Services is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Dayton team. This is a sales support and appointment-setting role—not a sales position. You won't be selling HVAC systems or closing deals. Instead, you'll connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest, learn a little about what they're looking for, qualify the opportunity, and schedule an in-home appointment with one of our Comfort Advisors.

The Big Task

You'll be the connection between an interested homeowner and our Comfort Advisors.

When a customer reaches out about replacing or upgrading their HVAC system, you'll follow up with them, have a friendly conversation to understand their needs, qualify the lead, and schedule the right appointment with a salesperson.

You're not responsible for selling the system—you're responsible for making sure the customer gets connected with the right person.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with incoming customer leads by phone, text, and email
• Talk with homeowners to understand their needs and determine if an appointment is appropriate
• Qualify leads and set in-home appointments for Comfort Advisors
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Build rapport and create a great first impression
• Keep customer information accurate in our CRM and scheduling systems
• Coordinate closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams
• Meet individual and team appointment-setting goals
• Help ensure every qualified customer receives timely follow-up

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an experienced salesperson. We're looking for someone who knows how to have a great conversation and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

• Confident and personable communicator
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Positive, motivated, and team-oriented
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Customer service experience is a plus

Experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, inside sales, hospitality, or home services is helpful—but we're willing to train the right person.
