Sobre la posición de Técnico de Mantención
Como Técnico de Mantención en Greystar, serás fundamental para mantener nuestras instalaciones en óptimas condiciones, garantizando un servicio de calidad y contribuyendo al confort de nuestros residentes. A continuación, algunas de las responsabilidades clave de esta posición:
Ejecutar tareas de reparación y mantenimiento de alta calidad en proyectos, abarcando gasfitería, carpintería, y otras áreas.
Asegurar que las instalaciones y los equipos del proyecto estén en perfecto estado de funcionamiento y presentación.
Identificar y diagnosticar problemas técnicos, realizando reparaciones según los estándares de Greystar.
Coordinar con proveedores externos para tareas específicas de mantenimiento.
Apoyar al Jefe de Mantención y al Gerente de Operaciones en necesidades operativas.
Gestionar inventarios, presupuesto, y realizar registros de pruebas reglamentarias y certificaciones.
¿Qué buscamos en ti?
Experiencia comprobable de al menos 3 años en mantenimiento de propiedades, Facility Management o el rubro hotelero.
Conocimiento intermedio de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint para reportes y gestión de tareas.
