DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP) COMMUNITY - OPTIONS

$50 per hour

At EHCA, we assist people with disabilities to live rich and fulfilling lives. We provide compassionate, therapeutic, and medical support to individuals of all ages and all levels of disability while enabling them to live with purpose and dignity.

Join our dedicated team which supports each person to have the opportunity to make choices, contribute to his or her daily lifestyle, and obtain the best education or training available, with quality caregivers.

VARIOUS SHIFTS WORKING 1-1 WITH CLIENTS IN THE COMMUNITY - WEEKDAYS, EVENINGS and/or WEEKENDS.

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME DIRECT CARE (DSP) POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

Work 1-1 or with a small group in the individual's home or in the community.
Schedules may vary.
The employee uses their own vehicle to transport individuals. Mileage reimbursement, $0.65/mile.

Benefits for DSPs:

$.50 PER HOUR INCREASE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT

Requirements

DSP Requirements:

Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Obtain all clearances as required to meet regulatory compliance.
