Number of Staff – Team of CM/SW To Manage Load Type of Staff: Day Shift – Friday-Monday 7:530 Day Shift – Monday –Friday 8-4:30 Night Shift - Patient Ratios – SW: 1:40 RN: 1:20 Type of Equipment – Mobile, Computer EMR – Meditech/Midas/Navihealth

Skill Set Most Recruited For: (Travel RNs, Local CNAs And Sitters) Must Have: Candidates Without These Skills Will Not Be Considered For The Role. Behavioral Health Experience With Suicide Risk And Substance Use Assessments Discharge Planning Preferred Or Nice To Have: Candidates With These Skills Will Be Considered First. ED Experience Would Be Helpful But Not Required Palliative Care Knowledge And GOC Conversation
