Compensation & Benefits
- $191K–$222K base salary
- Additional compensation may be negotiable for a highly qualified candidate

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of inpatient Respiratory Therapy management experience — must be management, not supervisory experience
- Recent experience working in a union environment required
- Must have experience with both adult inpatient care and Level III NICU
- California Respiratory Care Practitioner license
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- BLS required
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong background in respiratory therapy operations, clinical standards, staffing, and quality improvement
Ideal Background
Candidates coming from a large hospital or health system with a comparable inpatient respiratory program will be strongest. The key screening points are true management-level experience + Level III NICU + adult inpatient RT + recent union experience .
