Compensation Range: $80,000 to $90,000 DOE, bonus eligible, plus full benefits

Our client is a nationally recognized financial services firm and is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to support advisors and clients while helping ensure a seamless and high-quality client experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to wealth management, client service, financial planning support, and operations while working alongside a collaborative team in a growing office environment.

The Client Relationship Associate will serve as a key support resource for both advisors and clients, helping manage client relationships, coordinate service requests, support financial planning initiatives, and assist with operational workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Associate:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide a high level of service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Support advisors with client relationship management and meeting preparation
• Participate in client meetings in a technical and support capacity
• Assist with gathering client information, preparing documentation, and implementing financial planning recommendations
• Support account opening, transfers, maintenance requests, and ongoing account servicing activities
• Manage client follow-up items and maintain accurate records within the firm's CRM system
• Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers to ensure timely processing of client requests
• Assist with transaction processing, trading support, and operational workflows
• Support billing, compliance documentation, and record management activities
• Maintain organized systems and procedures to promote efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative and client-focused team environment

Position Requirements of the Client Relationship Associate

• Two or more years of experience in a client service, operations, or advisor support role within wealth management or financial services
• Experience supporting financial advisors and high-net-worth clients preferred
• Experience with Pershing NetX360, NetX360+, Pershing X, Wove, or similar advisor technology platforms is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated integrity and understanding of fiduciary responsibility
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of responsibilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
