About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisition to take on a pivotal role in driving new player growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies, managing media investments, and fostering affiliate partnerships. This leadership position demands a professional with a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in the areas of SEO, channel diversification, and performance measurement. The Head of Acquisition will be tasked with scaling a sustainable acquisition engine that prioritizes growth, profitability, and player quality, all while contributing to the brand's establishment as a leading gaming entity in North America. Applicants for the Head of Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in acquisition, performance marketing, or related digital marketing leadership roles. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial acumen, deep performance marketing expertise, and a passion for identifying new growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include owning the acquisition strategy, budget allocation, and growth targets, as well as building and managing strategic relationships with affiliates and partners. Experience in the gaming industry, particularly in sweepstakes, social casino, or related sectors, is highly preferred.
