AB Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Special Education Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in Surprise, AZ and the surrounding West Valley area. Join a supportive school community where your expertise helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Position Details:
- Location: Surprise, AZ (positions also available in Peoria, Glendale, and Phoenix)
- Schedule: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours per week
- Calendar: Follows the school district schedule (weekends and holidays off!)
- Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year
- Weekly Pay: $2,000 -$2,800 (depending on location)
As a Special Education Teacher , you’ll:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and instruction to meet students’ diverse learning needs
- Deliver engaging lessons and data-driven interventions
- Maintain consistent communication with families and staff
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Track and document student progress in compliance with state and district standards
- Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
- Participate in professional growth and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relation to Special Education from an accredited college or university.
- Valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with Special Education EC–12 Certification (required).
- Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Driver’s license (required for school travel if applicable)
- At least one year of experience teaching students with various disabilities (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
