Our client are seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to join its established Financial Services Litigation and Creditors' Rights practice. Work for a highly respected partner who has quickly built a sophisticated practice representing mortgage lenders, servicers, investors, and financial institutions in residential foreclosure, default litigation, and creditors' rights matters. The wider team handles a broad range of contested and uncontested foreclosure proceedings, title disputes, lender representation matters, and complex default servicing issues. Unlike many volume-driven foreclosure practices, this role provides meaningful client interaction, courtroom exposure, and direct involvement in strategic legal decision-making.
