We also offer a 100% 401(k) match up to 6%, plus additional benefits.We have multiple openings for Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Dayton, OH facility—supporting a team that produces millions of beverage can ends per day. You'll keep equipment running safely, troubleshoot issues fast, and partner with Production to hit daily targets.Must have significant experience in operating production machinesDiagnoses or troubleshoots machines or equipment to determine malfunction and need for adjustment or repairPerforms mechanical repairs and maintenance on various types of equipmentCurrently holds a journeyman machine repair card or the equivalent of 3-5 years direct machine maintenance experienceManufacturing and technology classes preferred (or equivalent experience)3-5 years practical hands-on experience in an industrial settingProficient with micrometers, calipers and indicatorsLubricates and cleans parts, installs, moves, sets-up and operates all types of equipment and machine toolsGood mathematical skillsDeep understanding of high speed presses and safety protocolsExperience with high pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, and automated material handlingGood mechanical aptitudeAbility to work with minimal supervisionAble to read, interpret blueprints on manufacturing equipment.
