Overview This RN position in the 9B-Cardiac Department involves providing safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational protocols. Responsibilities Demonstrates clinical competence and critical thinking to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Collaborates effectively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure a unified workflow. Understands department policies and processes to deliver consistent, high-quality care. This role offers 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period. Qualifications Qualifications include being a new graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN. Applies basic skills aligned with standards of care, with specialty training provided as needed.
