Details Work in a hospital-based cardiac catheterization lab with 7 procedure rooms and a hybrid OR All procedure rooms have been upgraded within the last 1-5 years 12-bay peri-procedural space available for patient prep and recovery Lab averages over 30 cases per day Case types range from outpatient right heart catheterization and stable coronary angiograms to complex coronary, structural, and vascular interventions Epic is the primary charting system, with hemodynamic measurements performed on the Siemens Sensis system Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts On-call responsibilities may include weeknight, weekend, and holiday call, though no weekend or holiday shifts are worked Over a 13-week contract, candidates can expect 1-3 weeknight calls total and possibly one weekend call Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience required 2 years of experience as a Rad Tech required 1 years of travel assignment experience required ARRT and RCIS certification required ACLS certification required (AHA only) License required if applicable Epic charting experience required Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed Additional Information Serve as a critical member of the patient care team, collaborating with other care team members to ensure continuity of care Promote a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions with patients, families, and hospital personnel Focus on understanding and meeting customer needs Local candidates must reside within 60 miles of the facility to be eligible for local candidate consideration American Traveler Job ID P-744996.
