Additional Job Description: WVU Medicine, West Virginia University Health System Medical Group (WVUHS Medical Group) is actively recruiting a Gastroenterologist at Thomas Health System in Charleston, WV and South Charleston, WV. Qualifications Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Candidates must be board certified / eligible in gastroenterology. Candidates must have completed an accredited internal medicine residency program and a gastroenterology fellowship program. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Duties The successful candidate will practice in the area of gastroenterology. Location Location: West Virginia's capital city is perfectly positioned at the confluence of the Kanawha and Elk rivers. It is a hub for recreation and culture, with easy access via major interstates.
