Contracts AnalystThe Opportunity: As a contracts analyst, you will help to develop contractual language to obtain the necessary data to support the mission for a 5th generation aircraft. This is an opportunity to impact our country's defense acquisition and contract process.On our team, you'll draft full RFP packages, including identifying requirements, statement of objectives, statements of work, and negotiate intellectual property rights on behalf of the government. You'll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you'll deliver meaningful acquisition support.Join us. The world can't wait.You Have:5+ years of experience in DoD, DON, USAF, or federal contract management or contract administrationExperience with contracting statutes, regulations, and guidanceExperience with requests for proposals, evaluations, and negotiationsExperience with all types of contracts, the uniform contract line-item numbering system, and product or service code and identificationExperience with intellectual property and data rightsExperience with procurement and contracting writing systemExperience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and toolsAbility to analyze contracting and financial metricsSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have:Experience with Special Contracting Methods, Multiyear Procurement, Advance Procurement, Economic Order Quantity, Other Transaction Authority, and International AcquisitionExperience with the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) or similar systemsExperience supporting Acquisition Category (ACAT) or Business Category (BCAT) programs and non-ACAT programsExperience with the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) process, Congressional Enactment process, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) PathwaysAbility to pay strict attention to detailPossession of strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skillsPossession of strong verbal and written communication skillsDoD DAWIA, CFCM, or other Industry CertificationClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
