Work Schedule: Part-time schedule

• Monday/Thursday: 8:00am 1:30pm
• Tuesday/Wednesday: 8:00am 5:30pm

Your Role in Our Mission

• Support members with daily activities personal care and recreation

• Encourage independence social skills and participation in activities

• Assist with community outings and leisure experiences

• Ensure member health safety and well-being at all times

• Help with lifting transfers and mobility as needed

• Assist with medication administration and documentation

• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports

• Work as part of a supportive mission-driven team

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Reliable transportation & current auto insurance

• Positive attitude dependability and teamwork skills

• Comfortable using technology or willing to learn (EHR)
