Bilingual Recruiting Admin

CoWorx Staffing Services is hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Talent Coordinator to our office in Taunton, MA. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for applicants - greet walk-ins and appointments and create a positive and professional first impression.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to candidate inquiries via phone, email, and text
• Make initial contact with applicants to attract and schedule interviews for Staffing Specialists.
• Initiate outbound recruiting outreach to generate new candidate leads
• Support recruiting strategies and campaigns with the team.
• Attend career fairs to help attract talent.
• Process onboarding paperwork and ensure compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update the applicant database and required documentation.

Requirements include:

• Candidates must be bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be comfortable traveling to different offices including Taunton, Middleboro, and one day a week in Carver.
• Moderate computer skills including Outlook and Excel are required.
