Responsibilities Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere Build and maintain clientele through use of a CRM platform and relationship building Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections in the showroom Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines and hand off clients as needed Use required systems, hardware, and software to complete sales and administrative tasks Receive and deliver client repairs and complete related administrative responsibilities Requirements High school diploma Minimum 1 year retail sales experience Excellent storytelling, client service, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and work effectively as a team member Computer literate, including familiarity with MS Office Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift packages #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
