The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at our Peoria campus is seeking General OB/GYN physicians for both full-time and part-time roles. These positions involve providing comprehensive healthcare in inpatient and outpatient environments, as well as actively engaging in the education and clinical training of residents and medical students. Our expanding program offers candidates the opportunity to focus on OB/GYN patient care, educate future physicians, and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

• Deliver direct patient care in obstetrics and gynecology across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Participate in the education of residents and medical students within the clinical context of obstetrics and gynecology, promoting a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Engage in scholarly activities.
• Contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
• Perform additional related duties and participate in special projects as needed.

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Proven experience in teaching residents and medical students.
• Interest or experience in research and academic leadership is preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $350,000 to $400,000 per year, with compensation being competitive and based on qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
