Chiropractic Assistant

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Responsibilities :

• Work directly with the Chiropractor to provide clinical support
• Assist with patient treatments, physiotherapy support, and daily care
• Support patient exams and re-examinations
• Complete patient intake and collect medical histories
• Document patient information and exam notes in eClinicalWorks
• Communicate patient progress updates with providers
• Educate and engage patients throughout their treatment plans
• Assist with scheduling, phones, and front desk support as needed
• Educate patients on DME products and assist with equipment distribution
• Manage inventory, supplies, and organization of treatment areas
• Support overall patient flow and daily clinic operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient-facing clinical role
• Chiropractic, physical therapy, or similar clinical experience strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Medical terminology preferred
• EMR experience preferred (eClinicalWorks a plus)
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and support different areas of the office
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
