Renovation & Remodel Specialist / Lead
Heckman Home Renovation
Job Description
Job Description
Heckman Home Renovation is seeking a proven, skilled lead technician to join our crew. We are a high-volume remodeling company, and we don’t do "entry-level." We’re looking for a seasoned pro who can read plans, manage a job site, and deliver high-end results without being micromanaged.
We are looking for someone who is capable of being in charge of a project and can work on site with 1-3 others to make sure the project is completed as designed.
If you take pride in your craftsmanship and want steady, year-round work with a "no-drama" team, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
You will lead and execute full-scale interior and exterior renovations, including:
- Basements & Living Spaces: Converting unused areas into functional, custom-designed living spaces.
- Kitchen & Bathroom Remodels: Complete gut renovations including cabinetry, countertops, tile, and fixtures.
- Home Additions: Full-service builds from foundation to final paint.
- Interior Finishing: Professional-grade drywall installation, spackling, and painting.
- Mechanicals: Safe, code-compliant plumbing and electrical installations/upgrades.
- Exterior Maintenance: Deck building, power washing, and general improvements.
What You Bring
- Mastery of the Trades: Solid, hands-on experience in framing, plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
- Autonomy: Ability to work independently and see a project through from start to finish.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable).
- Precision: An eye for detail and high-end finishes.
What We Offer
- Top Pay: Competitive compensation based on your skill level and production.
- Stability: Steady, year-round work—no seasonal layoffs.
- Professional Environment: A small, efficient crew where your expertise is respected.
- Growth: The opportunity to grow with a company that stays busy.
SERIOUS APPLICANTS ONLY. We are looking for a pro, not a helper. If you have the skills to back it up, let’s get to work.
