Order & Inventory Maintenance
- Enter and upload sales orders for all e-commerce purchases into the order management system.
- Cancel sales orders once the production team confirms they've been cut.
- Manage and update the e-commerce side of the shared production tracking document, ensuring accurate entry of all orders, including PO# and ETAs.
- Maintain consistent communication with production to address any delays or changes in ETAs.
- Serve as the point of contact for other teams regarding e-commerce product ETAs.
- Monitor the project tracking tool to confirm all product will be ready for launches or marketing efforts. Communicate with marketing if adjustments are needed and make recommendations on a replacement.
- Receive all shipments from e-commerce orders into the inventory system and ensure they are uploaded correctly to the site. This includes verifying quantities against packing lists and ensuring all inventory flows to the site as expected.
Product Set Up & Maintenance
- Oversee the setup and maintenance of all product information on the website, including descriptions, categorization, recommendations, reviews, and images.
- Coordinate the end-to-end market prep process, collaborating with marketing to gather images, descriptions, and style information. Ensure all details are accurately reflected across the e-commerce platform, content management system, and inventory system.
- Handle the full setup of new styles and colors, including configuration across all relevant systems.
- Ensure that new imagery (e.g., seasonal updates, new recolors, lifestyle shots) is promptly updated on product pages.
- Maintain wholesale store listings in the e-commerce platform's B2B portal.
- Manage updates to rack/warehouse locations in the shipping management system for new or modified styles.
- Point person for executing markdowns on site, outside of blanket promo codes.
- Work closely with the wholesale team to ensure retail-exclusive product lines are correctly listed.
Admin & Other Tasks
- Generate and send monthly invoices for resale/consignment partners to the accounting team.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for off-price partners as needed.
