Job Description & Requirements We are a leading independent cardiovascular practice in Kansas City seeking two Interventional Radiologists to build a brand‑new hospital‑based IR program and an outpatient procedural practice. Position Highlights 100% Interventional Radiology with no diagnostic responsibilities Practice across a Level II Trauma Center and outpatient OBL/procedure centers Build and grow a brand‑new hospital IR program with immediate procedural volume Two brand‑new IR suites equipped with state‑of‑the‑art GE angiography equipment Broad procedural mix: trauma embolization, vascular interventions, biopsies, drains, central venous access, GI procedures, and women’s health interventions Opportunity to develop an outpatient clinic and grow advanced minimally invasive procedures such as PAE, PAD interventions, genicular embolization, and other image‑guided therapies Strong collaboration with experienced vascular surgeons who provide shared call support and vascular backup Dedicated APP support Compensation & Benefits $800,000 guaranteed base salary Production incentive model beginning after Year 1 Partnership and equity opportunity after approximately two years Practice ownership with long‑term wealth‑building potential 10 weeks of PTO Leadership opportunities as the Kansas City program expands Comprehensive benefits package Candidate Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology Interest in both hospital‑based and outpatient Interventional Radiology Entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to building a new practice Collaborative approach to working with vascular surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Interest in long‑term partnership and physician ownership Live and practice in Kansas City Practice Location & Community Kansas City offers an affordable cost of living, diverse neighborhoods, excellent schools, a thriving food and arts scene, professional sports, and a major international airport with easy national travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr AMN Healthcare
