You'll shape new experiences that combine strong value propositions, smart controls, and personalized benefits—at scale.As a Vice President Portfolio Strategy in Chase Card Services, you will define and launch new authorized user products and strategies that deepen relationships, improve experiences, and drive sustainable portfolio growth.Job responsibilitiesDefine authorized user value propositions grounded in customer segmentation and competitive insightsPartner with portfolio, finance, risk, marketing, and research teams to build the product roadmapBuild business cases that quantify investment needs, expected outcomes, and key trade-offsPrioritize initiatives based on customer impact, financial outcomes, and delivery readinessTrack annual financial targets and key performance indicators, and communicate progress with transparencyPrepare and deliver executive-ready materials for strategy reviews, decisions, and program updatesTranslate customer needs into clear requirements for new products, controls, and servicing experiencesIdentify risks and dependencies early and drive alignment on path-to-green plansRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated business and financial acumen, including unit economics, forecasting, scenario planning, and investment prioritizationProven experience leading cross-functional decision-making with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environmentStrong customer-first approach with examples of measurable experience improvementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyDemonstrated commitment to a strong risk and control environment through adherence to procedures and governancePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience building go-to-market strategies for consumer financial products or loyalty and rewards programsExperience developing customer segmentation and value proposition frameworksExperience creating executive-level narratives and decision materials for senior leadershipApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
