Compensation

• $18.00–$21.00 per hour
• Pay based on experience, qualifications, and skill level

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
• Monday–Friday
• 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• No weekends

Position Responsibilities

As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and assisting with light mechanical repairs, including:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and balancing
• Brake inspections and brake replacement
• Suspension inspections and component replacement
• Air and cabin filter replacement
• Wiper blade installation
• Fluid level inspections and top-offs
• Battery testing and replacement
• Performing multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identifying maintenance concerns and communicating findings to management
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assisting with additional shop duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or Automotive Technician is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
