Location: Houston, TX 77066

Pay Rate

Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Must be flexible to work either of the following shifts:

• Evening: 1:00 PM – 9:15 PM
• Night: 9:00 PM – 5:15 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator – Blending Department to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for mixing powders, pigments, and solvents according to precise recipes while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Follow technical work orders accurately and consistently.
• Pull and prepare materials needed for each production batch.
• Mix powders, pigments, and solvents according to established formulas.
• Monitor blending operations to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Enter production data accurately into the computer system.
• Label, package, and store finished products.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete production orders on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Position Requirements

• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read a tape measure or caliper.
• Comfortable working with numbers and technical data.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs. without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of precision weight measurements.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or other high-quality manufacturing environments.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
