We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager with 2+ years of automotive experience who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches from the front and pushes their team to improve every day in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of automotive experience

· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light-to-moderate physical work

· Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including hot and cold environments
