Tax Associate

Title: Part-Time Tax Accountant Company: Real Estate Industry Compensation: $25-28/hr (DOE) Job Description: Tax Compliance Prepare and organize tax workpapers for federal, state, local, and joint venture filings. Maintain tax compliance schedules, trackers, and filing calendars. Assist with estimated payments, extensions, and tax-related payments. Organize tax records, supporting documentation, and process files. Track and process notices from taxing authorities. Support special projects and other tax-related tasks as needed. Documentation & Administration Maintain electronic files and supporting records. Update procedures, checklists, and tracking schedules. Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion of tasks. Qualifications: Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Interest in tax, accounting, compliance, or real estate investment operations preferred.
