Job Description

We seek friendly, energetic servers to join our team and ensure guests have an amazing experience. As a server, you'll take drink orders, deliver beverages with a smile, and keep the good vibes flowing all night. Servers will also wear attire that compliments the event's theme and atmosphere, adding to the overall experience. Freelancer Status Notice Please note that this role is strictly an independent contractor position. Freelancers are not employees of Barks and Rec or its vendors and partners. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws. This role does not include employee benefits, workers' compensation, or other employment-related provisions. Requirements Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take drink orders efficiently. Deliver drinks promptly and ensure they are made to the guest's liking. Provide excellent customer service, answering questions about the menu and making recommendations. Keep tables and service areas clean and organized. Monitor guests to ensure their needs are met and address any issues promptly. Work as part of a team to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality with great communication skills. Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate. Experience in food and beverage service is a plus but not required. Ability to stand and move around for extended periods during shifts.
