Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Communications Specialist to support communications initiatives through a blend of content development, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and operational support. This role will serve as a key partner to the communications team, helping manage multiple priorities, keep projects on track, and ensure effective collaboration across stakeholders.\n\nThe ideal candidate is an early-career professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, builds strong relationships, and consistently follows through to drive projects from concept to completion. Strong communication, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n• Draft, edit, and proofread communications materials, including presentations, project updates, briefing documents, talking points, and emails.\n• Support content development and ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.\n• Maintain project timelines, trackers, status updates, and action items.\n• Coordinate stakeholder feedback, revisions, and approvals to keep projects on schedule.\n• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.\n• Facilitate communication and provide visibility into project progress.\n• Organize project documentation, communications assets, and team resources.\n• Provide day-to-day support to the communications team and assist with special projects as needed.
