This role prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintains bar cleanliness and organization, and ensures the bar is fully stocked to support efficient service.Duties and responsibilitiesPrepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages as ordered.Assess guests' needs and preferences and make beverage recommendations when appropriate.Prepare fruit, garnishes, and bar setup prior to the opening of service.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout the shift.Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.Ensure glassware is clean, polished, stocked, and replenished daily.Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system.Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.Work collaboratively with servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.Adhere to all club standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsAt least one year of bartending experience required.Strong knowledge of mixology, including traditional and creative cocktailsSocial perceptiveness and the ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsivenessCompletion of mixology, bartending, or related training preferred.Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol) preferred.Working conditionsWork is primarily indoors with some outdoor exposure.
