Your focus on continuous improvement in the development lifecycle will be pivotal as you own project to optimize and enhance Lam's offerings.We are seeking an individual who has experience with engineering product development processes/best practices. This candidate will have knowledge of enabling CAD and PLM efficiencies and automation as well as a passion for standards, details and consistent design and documentation methods. Using an internal customer perspective, will coordinate cross-functional teams of impacted stakeholders and can perform non-technical project management to completion, both on time and within budget.ResponsibilitiesDirect involvement in bringing to life the Etch AI initiatives to life.Continuous improvement. This includes all elements of the engineering development and release process from the tools we use to communicate, to the engineering practices themselvesDevelop evaluation methods to assess process strengths and identify areas for improvementWork cross functionally to align with requirements and functionality with stakeholdersCreate and maintain comprehensive process documentationCreate, present and maintain effective trainingPresent project plans to senior management, gain buy in and deliver resultsManage CFTs with a diverse array of talents and responsibilitiesWe're looking for candidates with:Expected minimum of 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 2 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent experienceThe candidate should be experienced in designing RAG, Agentic Workflow, managing Vector databases, Skilled in using OOAD principles to deploy scalable and secure AI servicesRelated experience with Model Based Definition (MBD). From part and assembly modeling, to on-model annotations and (TDP) Technical Data Packages, to part fabrication and inspectionExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and toolsStrong understanding and hands on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles, processes, and methodologies.Skills in Excel is a must but demonstrable capability with VBA, SQL, JMP, Qlik, Access, QuickBase, SAP, Matlab, or other programming languages is a plusIndustry experience in C++, Python, SQL, Git/GitHub, REST API are highly recommended.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong leadership skills with applicable experienceStrong Influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skillsProcess knowledge in PLM and ERP requiredStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeOther experience that would prove highly valuable: Mechanical Engineering, Creating on-model annotations of sheet metal and machined metal, weldments, and large assemblies in support of Model Based Definition, Modeling in NX 10 or newer, including 5+ years modeling experience, Product Configuration Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Intel Copy Exactly!, Field Service, Logistics/Spares.We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
