About the Role We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented analyst to join our finance team at an exciting stage of growth. You’ll get exposure across a wide range of finance work, from pulling together data for monthly reporting to helping build the models that inform how we plan the business. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and contribute across multiple areas of the company. You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy, supporting everything from investor reporting to cross-functional planning work with Sales, Marketing, and People. No two weeks will look the same. We’re also a team that takes AI seriously, you’ll be encouraged to use AI tools in your day-to-day work and help us figure out where they add the most leverage. Key Responsibilities Support financial modeling work across areas like revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and cost analysis Help prepare materials for Board and investor reporting, including pulling data, running variance analysis, and formatting outputs Maintain and improve dashboards that give leadership visibility into revenue, burn, and core operating metrics Assist the team on go-to-market planning and pipeline analysis in partnership with Sales and RevOps Contribute to fundraising and strategic finance work by helping build supporting analyses and materials Work with teams across the company, Marketing, EPD, and People, on budgeting and headcount planning Help track and analyze vendor spend as part of ongoing cost management efforts Support the monthly accounting close and help with day-to-day financial operations Pick up ad hoc projects as they come up. This could include anything from market research to comp benchmarking to pricing analysis Look for ways to make finance processes more efficient, especially where AI tools can help Requirements 0–2 years of experience in finance, investment banking, FP&A, or a similar analytical role Solid Excel and financial modeling skills; you’re comfortable building from scratch and cleaning up someone else’s work Strong attention to detail, you catch errors before they become problems Good communication skills; you can translate numbers into a clear story for a non-finance audience A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on whatever the team needs, even if it’s outside your comfort zone Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they can change the way finance teams operate You’re comfortable with ambiguity and don’t need everything spelled out to do good work You hold a high bar for quality and take pride in getting things right You’re energized by a fast-moving environment and want to grow quickly alongside the business Who You Are You’re a builder and operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
