Residential HVAC Service Technician

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our award-winning team and help us serve homeowners throughout the Toledo area.

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

 

Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Average W-2 earnings are in the high five figures, with top-performing technicians consistently earning well into six figures. Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For

 

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience 
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills 
• Customer-first attitude with excellent communication skills 
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners 
• Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct 
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
