You'll join our local team in Merrimack.

What you'll do
Your first 3 months are focused on learning: our products, our customers, and how B2B sales works. After that, you'll take on more responsibility step by step.

• Find new business: research companies, then reach out by phone, email and LinkedIn

• Qualify leads and track every conversation in our CRM

• Prepare quotes and follow up until the deal is closed

• Help customers with orders, documentation and certifications

• Work with our operations and technical teams so every order goes smoothly

What we're looking for

• 0–2 years of work experience (internships, customer service, retail or hospitality all count)

• You enjoy talking to people and aren't afraid of picking up the phone

• Organized and good at following up

• Curious and coachable – we care more about attitude than experience

• CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement

• Must be authorized to work in the US
