The Benefits.....Medical Insurance- multiple plans to choose fromDental & Vision InsuranceShort Term Disability & Long Term Disability OptionsLife InsuranceGenerous PTO planPaid HolidaysService Center Supervisor Duties:401K matchCompetitive PayA Service Center Supervisor assists with coordination branch/department operations, performs the day-to-day functions of their team members, and may participate in their team members' employment cycleService Center Supervisor Duties include but are not limited to:Interviews, hires, and trains new team membersOversees the daily workflow of the department/branchLiaises with patients, referral sources, and other team members to coordinate patient careMaintains strong working knowledge of, and aids team members in a variety of areas including, insurance coverage criteria and products and services offered by the organizationAttends in-services and meetings; assists with meeting managementResolves customer complaints, reports necessary complaints to leadershipEnforces team adherence to company policies and procedures. Ensures team members are familiar with infection control, environment safety, emergency protocols, etc.Communicates regularly and effectively with team membersMotivates team members to achieve individual and group goalsParticipates in team member evaluations, career pathing and development, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminationsProvides feedback to leaders to help improve business practices; assists in creating ways to deliver excellent customer service or create a better patient care environmentInterviews, hires, and onboards new team members. Oversees new and existing team member training.Performs and oversees referral and customer service operations such as order intake, customer service, insurance verification, documentation verification, prior d. Works with leadership, Sales team, and Procurement to monitor trends and ensure equipment availabilityOversees equipment service in compliance with manufacturer suggested guidelinesEnsures inventory traceability and equipment manual availability (physical or electronic)Maintains warehouse logs and filesDevelops and ensures compliance with safety, cleanliness, and maintenance schedules of the facilityMonitors the appropriate disposal or equipment and suppliesRequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:• Excellent verbal and written communication• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills• Ability to function well in a fast-paced, stressful environment• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate• Ability to support the organization's vision, mission, and values• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and OutlookEducation & Experience:• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years related experience in an office environment• 1+ year related customer service experience• 1+ year related experience with warehouse management• Medicare and third-party reimbursement requirement experience preferred• Prior Leadership experience with a proven track recordQualifications Physical:• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times• Must be clean and neat in personal appearance
