Job Title: ICU Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current RN license Certifications: Required certifications pertinent to the specialty Must-Have: - Ability to work every other weekend - Ability to work holidays as required by unit needs - Flexibility to float to other units as needed Description: The ICU Nurse will provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nurses will be assigned to their home unit but may be floated as staffing needs change. Staffing is reassessed every four hours, and nursing staff may be floated up to three times per shift. This position involves working a 12-hour night shift. Candidates should be prepared to support unit operations during peaks and urgent situations.
