Romantic Depot, the NYC Metropolitan area's largest chain of adult health and wellness stores, is seeking experienced sales associates for our Flatbush Avenue location! Employees work in a flexible, fun environment offering a competitive hourly salary and commission structure with plenty of opportunity for advancement!
Sales associates are required to have advanced communication skills and be able to possess a working knowledge of our adult health and wellness products. They will also be required to reliably commute to work and have open availability. Spanish speakers are a plus! Sales trainees receive $16 per hour during an initial training period, which can last from 1 -2 weeks. Upon successful completion of the training period, sales associates will receive $17/hour - $19/hour PLUS performance-based commission and bonuses. Experience requirements may be waived for outstanding applicants.
Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
