Epic Certified Managed Care Analyst

To support managed care initiatives, the full-time Epic Certified Managed Care Analyst will build, maintain, and optimize managed care contracts within Epic's modules, ensuring accurate reimbursement calculations while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings. Key responsibilities Build and maintain complex managed care contracts in Epic to support accurate reimbursement calculations across various payer systems Produce qualitative and quantitative analyses to support revenue cycle and financial performance, identifying improvement opportunities Interpret managed care contract language to model payment terms and monitor contract performance for compliance and optimization Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or related fields 5 years of experience with managed care contracts and reimbursement EPIC Certification in Resolute Hospital Billing (HB) and Professional Billing (PB) expected within 180 days Proficiency in data analytic tools such as Epic Reporting, SAP BI, and Microsoft Excel Preferred: Master's Degree in relevant fields and additional certifications in coding or healthcare finance
