Occupational Therapist (Lymphedema & Wound Care) - Tallahassee, FL

We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate occupational therapists to join a specialized outpatient practice focused exclusively on lymphedema treatment and wound care. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes individualized, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidates are caring, professional, and highly organized clinicians who can work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to teamwork and patient outcomes. Lymphedema or wound care certification is not required-training and certification will be provided and funded by the practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive lymphedema therapy and wound care to adult patients.
• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions (1.5 to 2 hours per patient).
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in WebPT EMR.
• Complete all patient care and paperwork in-office on the same day.

Qualifications:

• Degree in occupational therapy and current licensure (or eligibility) to practice.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in lymphedema treatment, wound care, or outpatient therapy is a plus but not required.
• Must respect all professional staff and follow directions as part of a cohesive care team.
